Pre-Commission Cleaning-How Important ?
Every new system, whether heating or chilled water, should be pre-commission cleaned by
a specialist company in accordance with BSRIA guidelines BG29/2012 and certified accordingly.
The consequences of avoiding a pre-commission clean usually manifest themselves
as blockages, premature pump failure and pin holing of pipework.
Inefficient heat transfer, increased energy costs and increased maintenance costs follow suit.
